What is Church Hill Academy? We are a private, Christian faith-based, nonprofit high school What is Church Hill Academy? We are a private, Christian faith-based, nonprofit high school and part of Church Hill Activities & Tutoring (CHAT).  We offer classes needed to complete 9-12th grade.  Our ratio is 3 students to every 1 teacher.

What kind of high school is Church Hill Academy? Our top priority is meeting the academic needs of at-risk 9-12th grade youth living in Church Hill and reducing the area’s dropout rate.  Scripture reading, prayer and worship are a part of our school schedule, but students are not required to be or become Christians.  We are in the process of becoming accredited, offer courses necessary to fulfill Virginia’s graduation requirements, provide individualized and holistic education, as well as a safe and engaging environment for learning.
